Waiting for the Great Leap Foward

Brent Simmons is a Seattle based Mac software developer. He makes the best feed reader evar, NetNewsWire. I’ve followed both his personal blog and his company/NetNewsWire blog for as long as I’ve been consuming feeds (using NetNewsWire all along).

Today he posted something that made me do a double take. The title of the post was ‘The revolution’s just a T-shirt away!’

Wha?!?

Unfortunately, he wasn’t talking about the shirt, but rather the song that was its inspiration.

MTV recently posted their whole video library collection online. He was pointing at the Billy Bragg video for “Waiting for the Great Leap Foward”.
